Instructions for deleting personal data previously submitted through Kaizen Collaborative Impact digital channels.

How to submit a request
Send an email to partner@kaizenroom.page with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Information to include
Include your name, email address or WhatsApp number previously used, the form or activity you joined, and a short explanation of the data you want deleted.
Verification
The Kaizen team will conduct reasonable verification to confirm that the request comes from the data owner or an authorized representative.
Follow-up result
After verification, data will be removed from relevant operational follow-up lists or communication archives, except where legal or administrative obligations require limited retention.
