Kaizen Collaborative Impact
PT. Yayasan Cipta Manusia Indonesia
Empowering Indonesian communities to thrive in a digital era.
Kaizen Collaborative Impact exists because every community deserves to thrive in a digital era. Through digital literacy, MSME empowerment, and social inclusion, we listen to needs on the ground, design programs with partners, and run them directly with schools, universities, communities, and MSMEs in regions across Indonesia.

How Impact Moves
Three steps that help our programs grow and get reused.
Every program starts by listening to needs in the field, is designed with partners, and is then refined so its impact can be measured and reused.
Stage 01
Listen
Before designing, Kaizen listens to the needs of schools, campuses, communities, MSMEs, and partners. Every activity starts from real conditions in the field.
Stage 02
Design
Listening results are mapped into learning sessions, toolkits, impact indicators, and follow-up plans that partners can adapt in the field.
Stage 03
Mobilize
Facilitators, volunteers, and local partners are involved so programs feel close to beneficiaries and can be replicated in other regions.

AI Impact Studio
Turn your social idea into a brief ready for discussion.
Tell us the social problem you want to solve, and the studio helps shape it into a first program draft: the problem, the risks, the indicators, and the opening steps. The result is an Impact Brief — a short document the Kaizen team uses to start the conversation with you.
Every summary helps the Kaizen team sharpen the conversation before a program direction is agreed together.
Impact Brief Canvas
From your idea to a first plan
Input
Digital literacy support for MSMEs in local communities.
Risk
Limited access, skills gaps, and uneven adoption of tools.
Program direction
Hands-on training, ongoing mentoring, and measurable impact indicators.
Ready for further discussion
Impact briefImpact Stories
Every story is complete: the problem, what we did, and what changed.
Each impact story is documented with field photos and measurable results, so partners can judge for themselves what worked, and reuse the same approach for their own programs.

Campus Networks for Safe and Responsible AI Literacy
Many students are starting to use AI, but not all understand ethics, limitations, data safety, and productive use.

Helping MSMEs Understand AI for Productivity and Competitiveness
MSMEs need practical ways to use AI without losing local business context, customer closeness, and daily execution capability.
Impact Voices
Feedback from participants and partners shapes the next programs.
Partners and communities reflect on what worked, what needs adjustment, and what should continue in future programs.
Materi AI disampaikan dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, sehingga peserta berani mencoba teknologi tanpa kehilangan sikap kritis.
